GAD - any with no minimum age?

DH and I are doing one GAD but I am looking for a program for friends with 3 5 year olds. Has anyone found /participated in a GAD program that does not have a minimum age?

The minimum age for the GAD program is 6 so you won't find anything. If they have a birthday before their trip to Disney, they can do a project (after they turn 6) and get a voucher at that time.

6 is it but even then there were few of those in our area.
