I have used GACs in the past for my two daughters who have albinism(lack of pigment in hair skin and eyes) and sensory processing disorder but this year in addition to their disabilities I have mobility issues and either have to use a cane or wheelchair to walk. So what do I do for the Gac card this year just tell them all the issues and have them write one?

Due to the albinism the girls have low vision and can't wait in the sun

Does my question make sense?:confused3

A GAC is not needed to use either a wheelchair or cane and both of those should alert the CMs that you need to use A boarding area that is accessible.

So, I would suggest just talking about your daughters' needs for the GAC. One thing to be aware of though - for all the movie type shows, the wheelchair seating is in the back row. So make sure the CM at the entrance knows that you can transfer and need to sit in the front for your DD. An alternate would be to use a cane for those and leave the wheelchair with the strollers.

These shows have all wheelchair seating in the front:
Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor (some front row, some a few rows from front)
Country Bears at MK
Tiki Birds at MK
Caroussel of Progress at MK
Festival of the Lion King at AK
Turtle Talk at Epcot (in front row and first few rows back)
American Idol at Studio

These shows have wheelchair seating in both front and rear:
Indiana Jones Stunt Show at Studio
Beauty and the Beast at Studio
Lights, Motors, Action at Studio
bird Show at AK
Nemo show at AK has seats in very back and also middle. Very front rows on right side are for lunch package. We have sat in them and feel the better view is in the middle since the front row is actually below stage level.
