Hey everyone! I just thought I'd put this out there for anyone who considers buying tickets from UT but isn't sure of their policies or services.

We purchased tickets for 6 days at WDW for 4 adults, 3 children for June. We were planning a trip to WDW and were going to stay at the Fort.

Long story short, our car had to have EXTENSIVE work done that cost us thousands of dollars, and we couldn't afford the trip anymore. Instead, we're going to Disneyland (we live closer, so it's more affordable) and all is right with the world. :)

Anyway, I thought it would be helpful to report to you guys that when we contacted Undercover Tourist about our situation, they contacted me back almost immediately (emailed back the same day). They told me if I hadn't activated the tickets online or connected them to an account, we were fine. (We had not). They asked that I send them back registered mail, and I would get a refund (minus 5% for shipping/handling/processing fees) within a few weeks. I put the tickets in the mail (sadly) that afternoon via registered mail, and within a week, they put the refund back in my account.

I was VERY pleased with them. Nothing shady, no hang ups, no issues, no delays. My mom (who is going with us) was worried sick over them not returning our money in time for us to purchase tickets for our new trip, but everything worked out great.

Anyway, I hope this is helpful to someone out there who can't decide if UT is shady or not. My experience was wonderful with them.

OOps.... I posted the reply here on the wrong thread. Sorry folks. I deleted it. Didn't make sense anyway. ;)

Yeah, ignore that. I'm sorry. I was following a thread on another forum and clicked the wrong link to reply! I deleted it. Didn't make any sense. But yeah, if you go to restuarant.com, you can get a discount certificate for House of Blues at DTD in Anaheim. There's a completely unrelated, unintentional tip. LOL

Thanks for the information, I am going to write that down. Good to know they have excellent service.
