Saw the article, as we were at the fort this weekend. It was very crowded this weekend, and the HALLOWEEN setups are AWESOME, the most we have seen, and we go every year the end of october.They get more elaborate each year. The site the photo was taken, the whole loop was decorated. Most people had candy to pass out. Their was a golf cart "traffic jam " through there.
