FW Cabins question

Is there daily Mounsekeeping at Fort Wilderness Cabins???

We stayed one night at FW in a cabin before moving to WL for the rest of the week. It was SO fun! I would totally do a trip staying the whole time at the cabin.

Oh yes, you get daily housekeeping. Leave one glass in the sink and it'll be in the dishwasher when you get back and completely clean.

BTW - your Do Not Disturb sign is a magnet on your front door.

We've stayed at FW Cabins twice. The first time was on our Disneymoon in 1996. The cabin was bigger than the apartment we were living in!!! Obviously we didn't want to go home. The full kitchen was really nice as we brought a good deal of our leftover reception food to eat throughout the week.

We stayed again last September. Had my parents along with us this time. Plenty of room for the five of us!! Used the kitchen for breakfasts. Coming back to an actual "home" is well worth the price of admission.

One thing you do need to know is that it takes quite a bit of time to get from one place to another, both in FW and to other parks and destinations using Disney Transportation. Most of the boats and buses (excluding the FW internal buses) make more than one stop, either one of the water parks or WL in its travels to and from FW. If you don't mind planning extra time for transport, then you should have a great time at FW.
