Hi,

I'm a new member and looking into purchasing the Saratoga Spring.. hoping to find 100 points on the resale. I'm curious on the annual maintenance fees. What do they usually cost. is it higher for contracts with higher points.?

I don't know the value of the maintenance points for SS, however, the more points you own, the more your maintenance costs would be.

Hence: 500 points at OKW at $4.24/point = $2120 per year
100 points at OKW at $4.24/point = $424 per year

SSR is $3.98 for 2006 - so for a 100 - $398 for the entire year - you can pay it monthly $33.17 per month.

ssr has the lowest maint fees of the 7 dvc resorts, as said before its 3.98 in 2006
