Too much time in E-175s from United and American. You can see the safety card in the top of the picture with a blue stripe on the side, that shows it to be United to me. American uses a different color scheme and Delta uses a different design. Spirit doesn't fly any Embraer jets, they only fly Airbus. Also I was incorrect, it is not a United flight, it's a flight being operated on behalf of United Express. United itself doesn't operate any Embraers. But at least three airlines operate them with United on the side of the aircraft.

I’ve only flown on an Embraer plane once.
It was on a return trip from Albuquerque, on American Airlines, and it was an E-175.
The trip to was on a Boeing 737-800. I hadn’t even heard of Embraer until then, which kinda’ surprised me ‘cause I love planes and flying, but most of my plane knowledge is regarding WWII aircraft.
I Googled their safety record shortly after we boarded, and IIRC, it was almost spotless…!!!!!

On a side note, we rented a car and spent a long weekend in Ruidoso, NM.
We also took a side trip to the International UFO Museum Research Center in Roswell…if you ever get a chance don’t pass it up, as it was a complete and total hoot…!!!!!
