Wow, that was very condescending. I know good from bad and please don’t tell me to lighten up, it’s rude. The danger of fireworks isn’t funny in any way nor is making light of mental illness. It’s all funny until it’s happening to you or someone you care about.

Then don't laugh and don't be rude by insisting that you have to point out to others that you don't find a simple message funny. I guess if you do it, it isn't rude.

I used to shop throughout the year when I was on a tighter budget.

I used to do that when the kids were small, since there was always something they wanted. I found I actually spent more on them than I would have, had I just done my shopping in the fall. But then, the expense was spread out, even though the fun was over all at once.
