I think it’s actually a kid in a hospital room being visited by the “Teletubbies”. IMO that makes it way creepier.

Oh, man, tell me about it. I was driving my parents car recently and didn't have my ususal USB laoded with Disney tunes and other stuff I like, so I was stuck with the basic radio. I tune to the "Classic Rock" station and it's playing Nirvana - what the...! I thought it was bad when the 80's stuff was making it into the rotation!

Hands down weirdest for me is when Ozzy's Mamma, I'm coming home slides into elevator music alongside Manilow and Denver, it's just wrong.
