Goofy's Kitchen is currently set up in the ballroom(they move back to the restaurant next weekend). The advantage of this temporary set up is a clear view of all the characters. Watching Goofy and Baloo try to interact with a couple of businessmen in suits was hysterical.
Usually the chefs are great about food issues, but this time they had no clue. Especially about sausages and what casings they used. Having several friends who have made homemade sausages, I have some knowledge of the subject and had 3 chefs listening intently to my impromptu training lecture, with Baloo hovering at my shoulder. Afterward Baloo mimed that he didn't eat pork either and found the topic interesting. Who knew?
