I was collecting Disney Beanies for a few years, and even got as far as trading them with people in the UK and Japan. Eventually, they took over my apartment. Unfortunately, I didn't want to part with them until after the market bottomed out, so now I have 100's of worthless beanies (or mini-beanbag plush, as the Ty lawyers prefer Disney to call their inferior little stuffed creatures). However, I once sold the rare "Christmas Tree Eeyore" on Ebay for $125.
I donated three boxes full to "Give Kids The World" and just sent another box to another lady who was collecting them for kids in Orlando. The last of them (3 boxes!) will be going to a lady who is making bags of stuff for foster kids.
