"Fun" thoughts about how much DCL used to cost...

Anyone able to take advantage of the 40% off today?
I have no annual leave left this year or I would (I’m doing a b2b on the Destiny which is eating the rest of it for this year.) Some of these discounted rates look similar to pre-COVID rates. I’m hoping for a Feb discount on the Treasure.

Back to the original post, my best rate is $1800 in a 5A on the Fantasy. It was a glitch rate but they did honour it.

In 2012 we did a b2b on the fantasy shortly after it launched. We booked a 4a room for 2 adults at $3300 for each 7 night sailing. We upgraded to a one bedroom concierge suite at the port for an additional $1300 for each sailing. It’s what got us hooked on concierge but unfortunately we’ve never gotten anywhere near that good of a price again.

That's exactly our issue - did the first one Concierge for a "reasonable" (in Disney terms) price and now Concierge prices are just insanely high. Sigh....

First DCL cruise in 2005 - 4 night Bahamas, Ocean View stateroom, mid October,
2 adults, $1254 total.
