What are some things you have bought before your trip for your kids?

We have the following items
Glow sticks
Lanyard with pins for trading
Tag on lanyard with our names and cell phone #
Little Disney princess dolls to leave in the room every day

We will be there in December, so I am bringing our Elf on a Shelf with us for the trip. So, I bought her a doll suitcase and some clothes so that she can pretend that she is packed for the trip.

I ordered customed baskets for my kids from Disney Flowers which I hope arrive ok. I am a little leery based on someone else's post I read yesterday about unwanted substitutions.

We allowed our kids (6 & 8 yrs) to buy Disney shirts/outfits at Walmart before the trip. It kept up the excitement for the vacation and helped them plan outfits for packing. It also saved $ in the parks because we had no need to buy them at WDW's premium price. I also bought little Disney activity sets & secretly packed them in the kid's carry on bags. It was a nice surprise & kept them busy during the flight.
