We just booked HHI for late March.... we are only doing a studio instead of a 1 or 2bd. Is it worth doing DVC? I noticed Sea Pines pricing for their condos is very reasonable. Do you think it would be better to rent out our points (or transfer) and use the monies to rent a non studio condo(1 or 2 bd) at Sea Pines? We have never been to HHI, and have used our points exclusively in Orlando thus far....
Also, I noticed that you can get a 2bd at Disney HHI for $313/night, making it more compelling to use a cash purchase over our DVC points. In fact, there's a one week in mid November (14-21)! You can cancel anytime before Nov 9. Wouldn't it be better to do this cash purchase? It makes the per point at under $10pp for a 2bd for that week.
Obviously, this is for November vs March, but just wondering...
