Disney is awesome! I know many couples go on "dates" there or do some sort of special adventure together. My husband and I are taking my daughter and her boyfriend. They are not 21 yet, my husband doesn't drink, and I only have the occasional drink here and there. We will be there for 8 days total. There will be times that my husband and I will go off and do our own thing and leave my daughter and her boyfriend to "explore/do" the parks at their own leisure. Yes, it's amazing just to be there with the rides, great restaurants and shows. Do you know of/have you heard of fun, romantic little things to do, see, experience in the parks that would make for a special memory that is a bit different from the 'regular day at the park?'
-Have you been on a special date with your special someone and something really stuck out to you?
-Have you completed some sort of "couples challenge" in the parks?
-Have you done something that sticks out that is totally couple related?
-is there a "place that's romantic" that sticks out to you?
-Is there a Picture (or pictures) you get with the two of you? (we have photopass...can we do anything fun with that?)
This is our first time going without "kids to run after" and first time as two couples going. We've been to Disney SEVERAL times, but this is a whole new world for us and I'm looking to change it up a bit. I know you all are brilliant and have some pretty amazing ideas.
Also, not looking for activities or ideas that are expensive! I'd love a $500 boat ride and fire works, but it's not in the budget for either of us!!! Trying to get "sweet/simple, fun, memorable, maybe a bit different from the norm" type of tips.
We'll be there over Valentines, my daughters birthday and celebrating upcoming college graduation in May.
