Just a FYI for everyone:

You would never lose the value of the ticket with Disney even if they decide you aren't eligible to use the ticket. The absolute worst thing that would happen is that they would give you a credit for the value of the ticket you can't use and charge you the difference for one of their regular tickets.

This actually happens quite often when a person has a friend/relative who lives in FL buy a FL resident ticket for them. The person finds out they have to exchange the voucher at Guest Relations and when GR sees they aren't a FL resident, they must pay the difference between the FL and regular tickets.

But you would never lose all the money you paid on a legitimate WDW ticket. You might only get wholesale value in some instances though.

Thanks for the info GoldenOldie, I am sure that is a relief to many of us.
I just got an e-mail from Ticketmania, the 2005 passes should be avaliable in early April, I sure hope the price stays the same! I will kick myself if it goes up, we arrive on May 30th but don't need the pass until June 1st. I want the later expiration date for the breakfast feature, so we can use it on a breakfast we already plan on doing (and have PS for).

Thanks for the response. But for $392 I can get an AP, and since I'm planning on going again in November, I think that's the best choice for me. The others in my party may want this. Thanks again.

Just remember you don't get Disney Quest/ PI and water parks with your AP. you need to buy the Premium Annual Pass for around 489 to get all this.

We plan to visit the waters parks 3 times during our next trip. My son wants to do Disney Quest everyday. AP just will not work for us and the PAP are way more than I'm willing to pay. The 30 passes are perfect for us.

Wow, that is good news. I have been anxiously awaiting to see if this ticket is available. Since we will be in Floriday 14 days, and my kids want DQ, water parks, etc. this is a great buy. I am just sooo excited. I will be in Orlando next week for business and I think I will give them a call.
