Fuel Surcharge Refund

How strange - I submitted a claim for this a year or so ago and about 6 months ago I received a cheque for about £60 and then today I got another cheque for £20! I only had one flight on my form but there were 4 adults and a child who travelled on it. Just think its strange that I got 2 lots 6 months apart??

No reasoning at all to the refunds, they seem to do whatever they want, I still have at least 1 claim outstanding, recieved 2 cheques so far.

I agree, it is so completely random. It would at least help if there was some sort of breakdown provided as to which flight / passengers the cheque relates to. I have no idea whether the cheque we received was for one flight or 3, 2 passengers or 4. It's nice to get though!
