FTP cancelation policy?

Does anyone know the FTP cancelation policy? My SIL is pregnant and has been put on bedrest for at least this week and maybe longer. We leave for our trip one month from today. Depending on what happens she may have to cancel her trip. We were traveling together. She made the reservation for us and her family all in her name. I know it won't be a problem to drop one room and change the name on the reservation to mine, but what penalities will she have to pay and what are the number of days in which she has to decide before losing all her money? Anyone know?

The only thing I know is that I was told if you mane any changes after your 45 day mark to your reservation there would be a $50 fee.

If I were you I would call CRO before any more time goes by. Let them tell you what you need to do while you still have time.

Here is the cancellation policy from the WDW website:

For a cancellation made 6 to 44 days prior to arrival, there is an additional cancellation fee of $100 per package plus any cancellation fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers.
For a cancellation made 5 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional cancellation fee of $200 per package plus any cancellation fees by hotels or other suppliers. No refunds will be given to no-shows.
For a change made 44 days or less prior to arrival or that results in a rate change, there is an additional change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers.

If you made the rez through Disney Club, the cancellation policy is better, but I'm not sure of the exact number of days for cancellation.

I think with DC it was a 6 day notice for cancellation or a $100.00 fee.
