I've been trying to book online with Raddison for May 2006 for months now and the website kept telling me no dates available. So last month I called them and asked if they had availablity for May 5, 2006. I told them I wanted to use Gold Points to pay for the room and was told it would be 30000 points. The man I spoke with told me to call back in a month and I would be able to reserve a room at that time. So today I call ( a month later) and guess what - no rooms available for Gold Points, and only a King Suite left in the resort if I want to pay $200. I find it hard to believe the whole resort is booked solid for May 5th? So, I called the resort directly and was told that if the 800-reservations folks couldn't help me, then neither could they. What do I do? I've been saving these gold points for more than a year specifically for this trip!
