frustrated with disney reservations!!

I am so frustrated right now. I just got off the phone with reservations and am very confused. I currently have reservations for 9/16-9/18 at WL woods view with free dining and 2 day tickets for 2 adults for a little over $1000. I got an e-mail pin code today for those dates and called disney for a room only price. After 45 minutes intermittetly on hold the very pleasant woman I was talking to finally came up with a room for those dates and told me I could get a courtyard view with dining (and I guess tickets?) for $1600!!!. This seems like a lot more than rack rate to me. ($260x3 + $80x3 +160x2 = $1340)..and when I explained all I wanted was a room only rate she seemed very confused and told me this was the pin rate...Maybe she was adding in 3 day tickets and tax??
Anyway I will keep my original plan...

Do what we all do---Call back and get a new person to help you. Sometimes that is all it takes to get it right.

Yes, I would get someone else, since I was under the impression you cannot get dining with a discounted room??? Sounds like she was confused.
