Frozen Test Track rope drop priority order for July

We are a party of 2 arriving at rope drop that wants to ride together and we don't have fast passes for either ride or early dining to get in early.
1)What is the fastest way to be on and off of both of those rides ie which one do we get on first so that when we are off the 2nd one we have more time left in the day?
2)About what time would we be done with the 2 rides assuming a 9am(no emh) official opening?
