frozen for fast pass

this will be our 1st time to Disney and my 1st time for fast pass. how impossible is it to get fastpass for meet and greet anna elsa. do they do fastpass like dining 180 plus 10? I believe fastpass are 60days so do they do 60 days plus 10?

I was able to get Elsa and Anna meet FP+ at exactly my 60 day window.

I got an A&E FP at my 60 day mark but I stayed up until my window opened at midnight and I was only secure a FP for our last day. Everything before that was taken. It's amazing how fast it does book up. Thankfully I had been on the disboards reading and knew to book my last day first otherwise I wouldn't have even gotten that one!
