Frozen fireworks and Fantasmic

Is there a way to see both on the same night?

We saw them both last year on the same night. There were two shows for Fantasmic. We watched the frozen fireworks and then went straight back to see Fantasmic. I do have to say that everyone else seemed to have the same idea. We did get seats though.

Last summer, we did the early Fantasmic and they had us exit on the behind the scenes route that dumps you out right inside the front entrance. It was about 10 minutes before the fireworks were starting. We weren't interested in staying for the fireworks so we headed to our car. By the time we walked there, they started and we sat and watched a bit from there and then drove off as soon as it was done. So timing wise, you can do it, but if you were trying to get a prime spot to view them in the park, you'd have a hard time because it was packed when we were leaving.

We did close to this. We headed to buses after Fantasmic. There was a line and group of about a billion people huge waiting for Frozen. By the time we got to the buses we watched the fireworks from there then had first in line for the bus back to POR, It worked out well. About a hundred other people had the same idea.

I thought the Frozen Fireworks ended Sept 2014.

According to Allears and easywdw it is going to run summer of 2015 until Sept 7th.

No. I wouldn't recommend the parking lot if this is something you really want to experience. We considered it a little bonus since we had not planned to stay for it anyway. It was actually our last night and we had to get up early for our flight, it was kinda cool driving out of the HS parking lot with the big finale fireworks going off. It felt like a private little goodbye.

Thank-you, I had considered going back to the car but after watching videos I think I really want to hear the music. We are doing the early Fantasmic! so we will just herd with everyone else I guess and hope for the best! Thanks again!
