Frozen ever after ride

I was reading an article on another site and it said the FEA opened at 11 when World showcase opens. I thought it opened at 9 when park opened. Did this change? Am I remembering wrong? Was the article wrong?

Yes FEA is open at 9am. The only caveat is that you can only access it from one direction as the the top part of the World Showcase is closed until 11am. So if you enter at the IG entrance in France, you'll have to go down past England and around through Mexico to get to Frozen Ever after.
