frozen cookie dough question

I froze some of my chocolate chip cookie dough. Scooped it, froze it, and now I have a bag of cookie dough pucks. While they're great for snacking (raw eggs, I know) how should I bake them?

Right from the freezer to the cookie sheet? Let them thaw for a while? I know someone on the DIS knows.

Thanks.

I've done that before and cooked it from frozen. It takes a bit longer, but tastes the same.

I think ideally you should thaw them in the fridge, but I usually just pop them in the oven frozen :)

I buy all of my cookies pre sized and frozen - I am such a fantastic cook! :rotfl:

My instructions say to cook from frozen at 310 for 9-10 minutes. The trick is to take them out of the oven when they are still light colored.

They are the best cookies and always moist and chewy - but I hate hard, crumbly cookies.

These frozen cookies have been the best invention! I can whip up a batch of warm cookies in 10 minutes - no mess!
