Frozen Combo Pack at Walmart

I thought DH was crazy to get up at 5am and drag me to Walmart to get our copy. They had less than 10. So glad he did! DD will love it when she gets up!

I never thought of asking my local Walmart how many combo packs they had. I had a thought of it being limited but not limited to the point of maybe 12 copies per store. Wow.... this sure makes me even happier that I went out at midnight. All this time I kept thinking I was nuts when I really am not!

I just cancelled my pre-order from TRU -- got an email this morning saying it was back-ordered. Really? How is something that was pre-ordered months ago get back-ordered? I don't care about the Infinity character, so will be picking up a copy at Target later today.

I'd go when they open if you want it today. I was surprised at how few of the boxes of regular DVDs Walmart had. I'm sure the shelves will be flooded with the DVD in a couple of weeks, but it might not be that easy to get today. The bulk of the people waiting at our Walmart last night were just wanting the DVD, not the infinity figure too.

I prefer bluray and my Target is usually well stocked If not, I'll re-order from amazon.

Oh girl, I hope your Target store still has copies for you! A friend of mine went to our Target this AM, well before 8am, and she got #68 with a bunch of people even behind her. She said they opened the store up early and people were grabbing their movie then checking out. They had the display right up front by the checkouts so people didn't have to go to the back of the store. She said when she left there was a line still going out the door. Our Target is expecting a sell out today. Is there a way that you can get there earlier?

I wasn't very clear, was I? When I said regular DVD, I was grouping all of the ones that didn't have Infinity including the bluray. Our Walmart didn't have that much of any of them. Good luck! Hope they have them for you!

I work in electronics at a Walmart. We got over 300 dvds and almost as many bluerays. We spent most of yesterday looking for the combos and found out we only got 2. I'm not sure what's going on the company we get our movies from hasn't been sending us a lot of the big releases. I don't really want to go in and hear the complaints today because our store has no control over what we get and don't get with movies.

Oh all the walmarts I went to had tons of DVDs with out infinity I mean like 400 or more I saw all the boxes. Watching the movie now noticed the regular DVD didn't have many bonuses just the songs on horse short

Wow…I knew that they would probably run out (and that is why I went at midnight), but I didn't think they would have so little of stock! The guy was stocking the regular movies when I went and he had to open a box to give me the bundled one. Looked like the only box that size on his cart, but I would have never thought that it may be the only one.

My closest Walmart only got 7 infinity combos. They were completely out of all DVD blurays and only had about a dozen regular DVDs left. I called 2 other walmarts for the infinity combo. One was sold out and the other didn't even get any at all. I got the bluray and the Elsa infinity at Target instead. I knew I should have gone at midnight!

I have to go over to the disney store to pick up the limited edition Elsa DD got for her birthday in January today. I was going to try to get there when the store opened, but then I heard they were expecting that a big group was going to show up to see if Elsa dresses and other merchandise was being put out this morning, so I figured I would wait til later since the doll I'm picking up was bought and paid for about two months ago and should be sitting there waiting.

My friend forgot to stop and get the DVD this morning (not the Infinity- just the regular bluray version) and now she has her poor husband running all over town looking for it. He tried Best Buy, but they were totally sold out in all the local stores, and I think he tried a couple of Walmarts and couldn't get one, so now he is off to check 2 Targets and anywhere else they might have them in stock. They still have them in stock at Amazon, so if it were me, I would have just ordered it and waited a few days. I'm sure there will be Frozen DVDs everywhere you look for sale in a couple of weeks, but I think at some point it becomes a challenge to get it "today" and you don't want to let "it" beat you! Also, I think part of it is that we are on Spring Break this week, so people want their copy this week for the kids while they are on break.

great...i paid $29.96 to preorder on walmart.com, now they drop the price to $21.96. hope i can find one at my walmart, so i can return the one i ordered (when it arrives-it shipped friday, but i have NO clue where it is. no shipping update since saturday morning).

Just bought my combo set at Target for $19. Lots left... No panic.

I am over Wal Mart. Hadn't been to one in a long time until yesterday. Spent 22 min in the checkout line. And then she double charged me and sent me to customer service long line grrrr.

And everyone is in an ugly foul mood. Bless any of you who work in your Walmart with a smile on your face and good customer service. But you don't work at my local Wal Mart. It must suck the souls of perfectly good employees. It ain't worth it.

Got my combo pack cheaper, quickly, no nasty attitude.

No combo packs at the Walmart nearest my house, not a 24 hour store. I saw the sign near the exit promoting them, but didn't see any on the small display at the entrance. I even went back to electronics to check. I even looked at the Infinity display. Nada. It isn't a big deal, we don't have Infinity. I just wanted to check. I picked up my copy at Target, near the check outs, with the extras. I don't know how good those extras are, but it's something. Somehow I got a $3 off coupon sent to me by Disney Movie rewards, perfect timing. I think every customer, at the registers, had a copy amongst their purchases. From reading this thread, it seems like it's a hot seller. Walmart and Target are across the street from each other and Best Buy is about a half mile away from the other two.
