We've gone through the single rider line and while it wasn't exactly quick, it didn't make me pull my hair out. Maybe that's an option? Here is our plan. Breakfast at 8:05 for Garden Grill and then head to Soarin with no FP then FP Frozen after lunch. I guess we can forget about Test Track because I really dont think we will be able to ride it without a long wait. I hate the tiers!
I have thought about that but I have a 13 year old who is kind of afraid to be split up. Maybe I can talk her into it.We've gone through the single rider line and while it wasn't exactly quick, it didn't make me pull my hair out. Maybe that's an option?
We were speculating that if the MK paid morning worked out that they could definitely do some sort of combo pay one price that gets you breakfast at Akershus and the A&E M&G and onto FEA before it opens to the rest of guests, they could have had that private until the rest of World Showcase opened at 11 - I bet at least for the first few months people would be willing to pay a pretty tidy sum for that

We have an 8:05 Akershus breakfast, our plan is to do that and then hop in the FEA line afterwards. Hopefully we will be done by rope drop, but I don't want to rush through the princesses and the meal. Think we'll be OK? We don't plan to do the M&G, my boys have met them several times and my girl isn't old enough to care. We will FP Soarin and Test track and use rider swap for those.
Ok maybe we can try that.I know each kid is different, but my 13 yo has done single rider since he was about 9. I always stand in front of him when we go single rider. That way, he is alone in the queue a very short time (usually seconds). When he gets off, I am waiting for him at the ride exit.
Many times we wind up in the same car, one in front of the other.
Best guess, if we arrive at Epcot at around 2pm how long do you estimate we will have to wait to ride Soarin'? This is for end of July. We used our Tier 1 FP for FEA.
Ugh, we were in WDW 1.5 years ago and rode it then. As much as I love Soarin', I don't think its worth a 2-3 hour wait! Curious what the new wait times will be.With it being a brand new version this summer which makes it basically a new ride, I would guess that the afternoon lines this summer will be 90 to 120 minutes long. However, they did build the new bay to increase capacity, so we will have to wait and see if that helps. It might--- but I will say that the lines in the afternoon in the summer are typically anywhere from 60 to 120 minutes and I have heard of the line being 2 1/2 to 3 hours in the afternoon in the summer sometimes, so even with the extra capacity, I would think on an afternoon in July the lines would be really long. If you are not going to Illuminations, we have had luck getting in the Soarin line about 10 or 15 minutes before park close more than once-- there was virtually no wait. No guarantees though- with the new version it might be bad even late at night.
It is going to be a family argument nightmare now over what to FP+ for a lot of families with Frozen, Soarin, and TT all being Tier 1. Dealing with Soarin and TT both being tier 1 was bad enough before Frozen was thrown into the mix.
It would be best to go at park opening or right before closing.Best guess, if we arrive at Epcot at around 2pm how long do you estimate we will have to wait to ride Soarin'? This is for end of July. We used our Tier 1 FP for FEA.
I dont think I would wait for any ride that long even if they served dinner while in thereUgh, we were in WDW 1.5 years ago and rode it then. As much as I love Soarin', I don't think its worth a 2-3 hour wait! Curious what the new wait times will be.
