Frosted and Tagged...I DON'T GET IT!

Ok what is the big deal with getting frosted? I myself would like to be (just to blend in with everyone else) but i don't get it? How does it work and what does it do? Same goes with the tagging, you know the tag fairy and such. I just don't understand! I am a clue-less DIS wonder!

The tag fairy is the only one who can change the words under your screen name into color (and add to it if he/she feels inclined). It is totally random.
