Frontierland Hoedown

Does this still happen at Magic Kingdom, where a bunch of characters and cast members will come out and do an informal "hoedown" type thing in Frontierland? If so, what are the times and what characters usually appear?

Daily at 4:55 & 5:40pm, dancers and the Country Bears (outside of Jamboree).

We have seen the Country Bears along with, Clarabelle, Horace, Br'er Rabbit, Fox, and Bear. And once or twice Goofy, in his western gear. We actually got Clarabelle to pose for a pic one year, as she was coming out from backstage, none of the others would stop. Sometimes they bring people in from the crowd to dance with them, it's fun!

We were there 2 weeks ago and just happened upon this. There was Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle Cow, Br'er Rabbit, Br'er Bear, and the Country Bears. It was great fun. They danced with everyone and took my kids by the hand. They got a lot of 1 on 1 attention, especially from Horace! I got my Mom's picture with Clarabelle Cow. It was so much fun doing the Hokey Pokey, etc with them. Definitely one of the best moments of our trip!

The times vary on the day but if you find a cm with a master schedule/radio they can find out.
Characters usually involve Bre're bear, fox & rabbit, big al, wendell (country bears), clarabelle & horace.

I meant to go to this on one of my MK days, but always forgot about it when the time came. I was hoping to catch Clarabelle Cow. Hopefully she didn't make appearance so I didn't miss anything!

Brer Fox has made appearances at Dancepalooza in Animal Kingdom. I didn't stay for the whole thing, but I think they play, "What does the fox say?" usually at the end so I think he's makes regular appearances.

It is amazing that as many times as I have been, I have never seen this. I am glad OP posted this because I have now added it to my to do list for this trip. I have seen videos of it, but have never given it much thought while in the park. I guess I am not usually in FL around this time of day to have never even seen a glimpse of it, or is it new?
