So, what are the opinions?

Good, bad or indifferent?

They seem to have very good rates out of Trenton, yes it's over an hour away, but it also has free parking and, right now, better rates than either Jet Blue or United.

We just flew Frontier for the first time from MCO to ABE (Lehigh Valley, PA) on a Sunday mid-day flight. Flight was on-time, completely booked, they did offer free gate check at the last minute because they knew they wouldn't have enough overhead available. Got a decent price, however, probably won't be using them again because they've announced they're pulling out of Lehigh Valley in April, 2013 after having just arrived early Fall, 2012. It was an OK experience. However, was talking to some others on the flight who were very upset with Frontier.....seems they were supposed to fly Sat to Sat, booked months ago....Frontier cancelled their Sat flights to Fridays and automatically put this family on the Friday ABE/MCO flight, but, did not put them on the return leg and THEN, never notified them......fortunately, they heard a news story about Frontier pulling out in April and thought....hmm....better check our flights to make sure everything is OK.....this was five days before their trip. The return flight on Friday was completely booked so they then ended up needing to stay an extra night at the end of trip also. They are DVC (Disney Vacation Club) owners....unable to add a day on at the beginning of their trip....ended up crowded into two rooms at All Stars for the their first night and fortunately, were able to add a day on their DVC stay at the end of trip. So, as I said, it was an OK experience for us, however, others weren't real happy.

The flights themselves were fine. We departed on time and actually landed 10 - 15 minutes early on all legs of our flight.

I wasn't happy to find about a month before our flight they changed the type of plane for our flight. This meant the seating configuration was different and they assigned my daughter and I to seats rows apart. We originally had seats booked together. I had to call customer service twice to get this fixed and each call had me waiting 15+ minutes to speak to an agent.
