I fell behind again, so here are the days I missed
My ideal meal...hmmm....
Definitely starting with a delicious cheese plate: some Parmigiano Reggiano, some goat cheese, some Sartori Bellavitano, and some Ziege Zacke Blue, with fruits and crackers to pair. (Put together by my good friend and Certified Cheese Professional Crystal)
Then a small Caesar salad.
And bagna cauda with bread. (Great-grandma's recipe)
And a small plate of stuffed shells. (Great-grandma's recipe)
And corn on the cob. (From a family friend's farm)
A beautiful filet mignon, medium rare. With sauteed mushrooms and onions. (Cooked by my dad)
Dessert would be a small pineapple upside down cake (from my aunt) and a Reese's & Cookie Dough ice cream flurry. (from the local ice cream shop)
Yum, yum, and DOUBLE YUM! But what is "bagna cauda"????
I take time for myself by crocheting and listening to music or catching up on favorite TV shows.
I need to take up crocheting again.... well, I say "again" like I every really made anything! But I know the technique! But since I have so much trouble sitting still (because it feels unproductive), if I could crochet I might be able to sit longer! What are you making??

Overall, I achieved 84% of my goal
I lost 7 pounds (out of 0 expected), was 32 ounces shy of 352, ate fast food 3 days out of 11, and did 90 minutes out of 120 physical exercise.
