IT'S OFFICIAL! ! ! !

I'm back on!. :woohoo::woohoo:

Some of you may know me, some may not but I am back on the PC cruise! WOO HOO! Can we say lucky?????

:scratchin Now, where to go to sign up for FE list?

YOU ARE???? :rotfl2:

Check out page 1 - it has all the info on the happenings of this cruise..poor Richard..he has lost me to late nights in the clubs!

Congrats.. on PC cruises.. you will be 5 for 5!

Kay & Marilyn (AKA Champagne Girls) do you think there is an opportunity to introduce more cruisers to the world of the Champagne Girls? Do the three of us have an obligations to do so? Can we organize a bubbly (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)gala? Do we want to consider contacting DCL about a private champagne tasting or do like the TA cruise and we bring our own bottles to a designated area? Of course tiaras and boas are essential and a designated photographer.
Any interest Girls?

I LOVE champagne. Keep me posted!

When did they add in the TA rate? I asked 2 days ago and was told that they didn't have one yet. I will have to call and see if it's better then the CM rate but I hope not..I don't want to cancel and rebook again! :lmao:

I wanted to be your neighbor but couldn't afford to... :rotfl2: Can I be an honorary neighbor?

Absolutely!!!!

Just curious by what you mean that you finalized your dining rotation?

Thanks!

I'm curious also?????

It is great to see so many have been able to get a great discount. One of my friends I am traveling with got the CM ratefir a Cat. 5C. He moved from a 7A. He is very upset right now though because DCL will not put him back in main dining with the rest of us. Since he has a four year old it is a concern for him and his wife. I am getting upset because it seems every discount is out there now but the interline. Well I guess I should cross my fingers. Heres hopping.

Ok....I'm a bit slow about this topic. How do people change their reservations for a better deal after their PIF date? Penalties? Lose your on board booking discount? Lose your on board credit? OR you just change???

And I know I don't live in FL and I'm not a CM and I don't know what "interline" is. Are there discount rates for "people"? How do you find out about these?

All I've figured out to do is check the web site for my category and see if the price listed is better.....and so far, what I paid has been the best rate for that cabin. We're an 11C....the goal was to be on this cruise!!! :woohoo:

Is it possible to explain how any of this works????

THANKS!!!
Barb :earsboy:

Currently, although final payment has come and gone..the penalty payment wasn't until this week. If the ship is not selling well..DCL will offer discounts for specific groups.. FL and CM discounts are pretty much normal discounts.. interline is a discount for people who work in the travel industry. I can not say exactly how people are notified of the discounts.

In the case of TA and CM.. we did lose the 10% and the OBC but the savings were worth it.

Yes, I sure am.

It sucks,I never met you, Im a bit shy going up to folks incase they dont want to chat, I am sorry I missed you.

That's OK Lynne, this time around I was so tired from the 10 day that I didn't really socialize until the last 5 days of the cruise. It took me that long to recoop.

Oh, Laura I am so excited. I cannot wait to see you again! It will be great!!!!!!!!!!!!:woohoo:

:wave2: Harole Ann! I can't wait either. We will make this cruise soooo much fun.

Well, Richard can't say I didn't try and warn him. He'll be ok as long as he doesn't leave Rocking Bar D to check on Tori  Oh Yes I went there.

Laura not want to chat? :lmao:

Wait..let me catch my breath... :lmao:

I'm just picking on Laura.... we are both talkers!

But I'm still behind on Des! Which we both are behind Cheryl. :lmao:

There is something wrong if Laura is not chatting! She must be running:lmao:

:scratchin I wonder if they'll have the D&B bags on here? :scratchin

They really are much cuter in person. :rotfl2:

 Gail! Nice to sail again with you. Hope to see you on the ship. Des and I usually hang out in the bars watching all the drunk people have fun. This time, Des, stay away from the walls. :rotfl2:

And KayR quote "Champagne Girls - are you not automatically a champagne girl if you have already attended a meeting? If that is the case you, I and Granmaz are all Champagne Girls (we had a meet on our 9/12/09 cruise which had the Palo Somelier giving us a talk on champagne. It was great fun)."

I would love to join in on this! It looks soo fun! I never heard of it before.

:yay::yay::yay: Hi to all the new people. Please send TigfanJeff a PM with your info to be added to the website, complete with whether or not you want to be in the FE. Jeff is in Kentucky until tomorrow and then we'll be off to WDW for a long weekend. (So it may be a little bit before you're added to the website).

Count me in!:woohoo:

OK, now where do I find out the length of the excursions? On the site now and it is different. Now they don't even have explanations just warnings. BTW, my last couple of experiences when Disney says "MODERATE" they mean VERY ACTIVE.

Did the Rainforest Trek in St Maarten, and they said it was moderate....HA! Not funny, very uneven and bug infested. Just saying, I should have remembered the Acapulco trek and the Puerto Vallerta trek. Not so easy them were.

I am hoping with you. I can understand the FL rates first. Then maybe the cast rate, but if they are going to open a TA rate, why not just do all the discounts. And why no CA discount. That sucks too.

I get interline discounts and hubby gets TA. They always release the TA before the interline ... sorry ...

Hi, we are officially joining the cruise.

Me, dh, dd19, dd16, dd14, dd9, dd8 and ds8.

Looking forward to cruising with familiar Dis peeps and to meeting new ones. I see a lot of familiar names from the EBTA/MED and the WBTA.

WELCOME ABOARD.................It will be great seeing you and the family again. :cheer2::cheer2:

If any of ya'll have done a vow renewal on board please let me know what you thought of it!

If any of ya'll have done a vow renewal on board please let me know what you thought of it!

I did one in 2008 on the Magic...we had fun doing it and looked at it for this cruise but the fact that it went up another $1000.00 kind of squashed that idea.

I assume that I am not the only one with this thought. We would like to go to DL after the cruise. What port are we arriving at? What is the best transportation from the port to DL? I am looking something that would be very efficient. Assuming they let us of the boat by 8:00 a.m., what time could we be in the parks.
Finally, this will be our first time at DL (been to WDW oodles of times) and we have DD4. Can we realistically do everything she would be able to do in two days or will we miss so much that it is just not worth it? Because of my husband's call schedule we have to fly out of LAX by noon on Sunday.
Thanks!

We booked transfers from the port to Paradise Pier hotel at DL through Disney. DL is a lot easier to cover than DW. You should be able to see most of it.
