Captain Henry will be taking us through the canal.
Dream will be in port on January 4th.

I don't know if this was posted already. This thread is moving so fast I may have missed it. I was only away for 5 days and I had to catch up on almost 13 pages.

Sorry for being AWOL of late - DH's job threw a spanner in the works - he's been offered a promotion, but handover will likely be end of November / early December, so he wasn't sure if he'd be able to take the full 4 weeks off for our trip. Thankfully, for now, it seems as though we're still good to go.

I've skimmed messages over the last couple of weeks, but have been in a funk due to the possibility of missing what I've been looking forward to for such a long time.

In any case, I'll read in full over the coming days, and hope to catch up in more detail.

Alan - here's a shot I took of the Airbus back in February (I worked for an international air freight company at the time).

We'll be flying on her come Christmas Day, all going well

Sally welcome back. Congrats to your husband on his promotion. Now to be honest, I would probably never fly on that computer controlled hunk of junk. Most of them already have stress fractures in the wings, Some had fuel pump issues. Like I have said before, if it ain't Boeing I'm not going.

What a hoot ! And how sad. This is the first time I will be a platinum cruiser where I can take advantage of all the early booking option and maybe not.
