Tell her Brooklynn did it a bunch of times. Maybe let her buy a BTM pin after she's ridden.

That's a great idea! Thanks for the tip. I was thinking of trying pin trading for the first time. Maybe I can get her to try a lot of rides this way.

The Steps are so silly and funny. You guys have to do the dinner sometime. :thumbsup2

Ooh! My alarm to go pick up Miren just went off on my phone (yes, I set an alarm, I get so involved with Nerea sometimes, I'm afraid I won't look at the time :upsidedow ). Well, it just startled me - I have it set to a recording of MSEP - if you're gonna be startled, it should be by something good!

Gotta go, but wanted to say thanks for the shopping pics. There's a few things in there I'll be looking for next month: more potato head parts, those purses Bella is holding that you showed in another post you must really like them ;), and the cd's reminded me that I REALLY want to look for the MSEP cd. I looked in the summer but didn't find it.

Hope you're having a great day. :) Psst, tomorrow is FRIDAY! And only how many Fridays until......?????

. My friend who I grew up with lost his 22 yr old son in a car accident this weekend. The grandparents are my neighbors so I have been busy doing what i can to help them.

So Sorry to hear this.

.
Because we have 9 days until we leave for DISNEY. I am totally not ready. So I have lots to do.
:cool1::cool1::cool1:
I go between :cool1: and :scared1: right now. i think I will good once I have the weekend to get set.

I got that Mickey towel... I thought it was so cute with the sandcastle.

All of our pics are loaded onto my DMom's laptop, but maybe I'll have time this weekend to show you some.

We had our first dinner at Chef Mickey's this past trip. It was great!

I'm glad they put Mickey back into the dining rooms, he was wonderful.
He even gave me a hug...:thumbsup2

Who is that guy without the ball cap in the Chef Mickey pic? ;)

He just came over and stood with my group, so I let him in the photo. :)

What fun shopping pictures!!! I can't wait to get some of those in 6 weeks!!!!! :) :) :)

I look forward to taking some holiday merchandise pictures in a few weeks. I know we will be in the thick of Halloween stuff, but I am hoping to see some Thanksgiving and Christmas things, as well.

i love that anastasia's "peek a boo" to bella is slightly obnoxious! :rotfl:

It was, wasn't it? Stepmother's voice was perfect, too!

I bet she will like the pin trading. I think it made Brooklynn feel like a big girl.

I'm an alarm setter, too. My morning alarm never gets the chance to be heard, because I am always up on my own, but if I need to do something important at a certain time during the day, especially a weekend, I set my phone alarm.

Those purses were cute. She brought one of them home with her.

I go between :cool1: and :scared1: right now. i think I will good once I have the weekend to get set.

I throw things in a suitcase for a month and then get serious about two days ahead of take-off.

Would that be Christmas 2011? ;)

I hope so!:goodvibes

As fun as that would be to be down there with all of you, I doubt it will be next year. I'm up for a holiday trip any time, but I think Jill would want the girls to be a little older before we were there actually on Christmas Day. We do want to go for either Thanksgiving or a post-Christmas trip next year, though. We'll see what plays out.

Mickey not being at the tables lasted about two days, I think. I hear about him being up front, and then about two days later, I heard that idea was not well-received at all and was over!

That is a cute towel. Disney towels are an excellent souvenir. :thumbsup2

I look forward to seeing your pictures. :yay:

Oh how I adore Lady Tremaine and the Stepsisters...they are always a hoot to meet and have time with!!! The pictures are too cute!!

OOOH more pin and souvie pictures, you know how I adore those MeMom! And you are so right nothing beats Disney music as a souvie!!! It was funny the other day in the classroom when we were working on our projects I put Disney music on and my kids LOVED it....Lion King was a huge hit!!!!!

Chef Mickey's....I love them for breakfast!! Great picture of your group there!!!! Can't wait for more!!

Great pictures as usual. I could look at pictures of Brooklynn and Bella all day. They are too cute. I really want to met the steps sometime. They sound like a lot of fun. Are they hard to find?

Hello All!

Great pictures of the Stepsisters/Mother. I absolutely love them...so funny and quirky. My DS and DD do too!
Like others have said....the crowds look a bit different on Main St than in Fantasy Land a little earlier. :scared1:

Can't wait to see your pictures and read about your morning at Chef Mickey's!

Happy Fall Y'all! It certainly doesn't feel or look like fall here in Atlanta. It is sooo stinking hot. Suppose to be 96 tomorrow. I can't imagine how hot it must be at WDW. Looking forward to a cool front late Sunday though.:thumbsup2

Regardless.....I am happy it FRIDAY! :woohoo:
Hope you all have a great weekend.

Yes, about 97 today and then rain all day tomorrow and then like mid seventies Sunday. MY sinuses can attest to this abrupt change coming. I'm ready for fall.

I play Disney music in my classroom, too - very softly as background music while they are doing independent work. They like it, and so do I.

I plan to put up Chef Mickey's pictures in a few minutes, if I don't get side-tracked.

I love to watch the videos and see the pictures. It's so easy to go right back to that place and time.

We've run into them a couple of times. At last year's MNSSHP, they were at the gate calling out to people riding on Mad Teacups.

A hot start to fall here, also.

Bring on the no air condition/no heat weather. :thumbsup2

I haven't heard a forecast to know what the weekend holds here. Basically the same as yours, I would think.

Our table was straight through to the back looking out a window.

Chef Mickey had prepared many things.

First character - Goofy.

IMG_6587.jpg

IMG_6588.jpg

He got a smile out of Bella.

IMG_6589.jpg

Not sure who she was looking at here.

IMG_6590.jpg

Back to munching.

The chef visiting our table.

IMG_6592.jpg

I wonder what Brooklynn was saying here.

IMG_6595.jpg

IMG_6598.jpg

Minnie was next.

IMG_6600.jpg

Bella thought she could eat and greet at the same time. Even the sight of Minnie didn't slow her down.

IMG_6601.jpg

IMG_6602.jpg

IMG_6605.jpg

There was a duck.

IMG_6610.jpg

IMG_6611.jpg

And there was a dog.

IMG_6616.jpg

She touched him!

IMG_6617.jpg

Some of the grown-ups liked the dog, too.

IMG_6618.jpg

There was only one other thing on our agenda for the morning. We were going to Epcot to hear a special Voices of Liberty concert.

Brooklynn got a special monorail card.

IMG_6623.jpg

Trent made complete fun of us calling this the Tronorail.

IMG_6624.jpg

IMG_6625.jpg

This colonial friend was handing out tickets to the special VoL show later in the day, but we wanted to make it to the first one.

IMG_6626.jpg

It was raining a little.

IMG_6627.jpg

The singing was fabulous.

IMG_6628.jpg

IMG_6629.jpg

It stopped raining after a short time.

IMG_6631.jpg

There was a surprise appearance by some familiar friends.

This was a beautiful, touching show. When they played 'Taps', a man in an ECV took off his hat and stood very slowly on obviously feeble legs and put his hand over his heart. I felt tears well up in my eyes. At one point, they asked the veterans to stand. All ages of men stood. It was a show we would recommend you seeing if you are in Disney World on July Fourth.

The played 'Taps' at my Dad's funeral, it always meant a lot to him. He was so proud to have served his country! He would love that show!

I got teary eyed just reading this. :rolleyes1 I would have been a mess if I had been there in person. I am a total sap when it comes to military men, veterans or anything patriotic. I would have loved to see this show though. Totally worth sitting in the rain. ;)

Sorry I haven't been around in a while. Life gets so busy this time of year. :flower3:

I like where you sat at Chef Mickey's! It's like you had your own private little section. Breakfast looked yummy.

Voices of Liberty seemed like it was such a touching show. I know I would have teared up, too.

I guess we had been living under a rock or something. We didn't know about the show over at Epcot on the 4th...
I sure hope we get the chance to see it again someday!

I started crying reading this also.

I love how Bella was looking at Brooklynn during the character meets. Almost like she wasn't sure what to do but was learning from her big sis.
