There were quite a few, but right off the top of my head; The C from the Celebrate sign, some of the Boardwalk area stuff (I've only visited there twice) and some of the DHS stuff. I need to pay more attention to the details.
There's just not enough time on our trips to get everywhere, and the Boardwalk area is definitely a place we don't get to often. The only reason we made it over there this time is to spend a bit of an evening with
Wigd and
Shocker.
Hi Memom!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while!
Did you get a new camera? All of your pictures look even more amazing than usual! Or maybe it's just me going through Disney withdrawal and any picture of Disney looks better than usual
I am glad Brooklyn liked BTMRR! It's such a fun ride!
Dinner at Sunshine Seasons looks good! I will have to eat there sometime!
No new camera. I wish I was smart enough to know how to use Drew's good one. I'm like you - I like to see any Disney pictures.
Brooklyn is so cute on BTMR! What a thrill seeker!
I haven't eaten at Sunshine Seasons in a long while, but I should probably give it a try again. I hear really good things about it and the food always looks yummy.
She became a thrill seeker on this trip. It was so fun to watch the anticipation and then the review. She said they were all fun, but she had things she didn't like about a couple of them.
There are still a lot of things I haven't tried at SS, because I have my favorites. Jill loves the strawberry shortcake for dessert.
great update! The pics are great and the dark ride pictures are fantastic.
I got lucky that we got stopped near the bride.
Wow, I got 32 right in the alphabet game. Funny thing is, without DH's help, I would probably have gotten less than half. Even funnier than that, DH is not a huge Disney fan. I love Disney but realize that I don't look at my surroundings enough. I am so busy sticking to the plan and trying to get everything done, I am not seeing many details. I really need to slow down a bit next time. Who am I kidding?
Great update. Looking forward to more.
He's paying more attention to our beloved Disney World than you thought! That's a good thing!
What a great update! I hope to be retracing those very same steps at MK with my family. The boys have both said they want to ride BTMRR and Haunted Mansion this trip. I am going to show them Brooklynn's photos, because whenever they see Brooklynn doing stuff at Disney it really makes them want to do the same!
I love eating at Sunshine Seasons too! Glad to hear you liked the Spicy Cashew Chicken! How sweet of them to let you do a taste test before you got a whole plate and were disappointed.
Yeah, if Brooklynn can do them, they can, too. We've always taken the girls on Haunted Mansion, so they've never really developed a fear of it.
I was way behind...
Brooklynn's birthday party looked like so much fun! I love your theme parties too! I need to do that, but haven't taken the time to think it up.
I confess I haven't been keeping up with the letter, too much to do the last couple of weeks. School for me started last week and Hannah starts Kindergarten tomorrow. Hoping I won't be too weepy.
Seeing Brooklynn ride BTMRR was fun! Hannah wants to ride it, but we didn't make it on the last trip. Oh well, maybe Owen will be tall enough next summer when we go.
Hope your start to school was a smooth one!
Can't wait to see how Hannah's special day went!
Oh my gosh...I took a picture of the SAME "balloon guy" on our way out too!
Great update! I'm so glad that Brooklynn did so well on Big Thunder Mountain...she looked like she had a blast!
We LOVE Sunshine Seasons too....there is just so much variety...I always have a hard time choosing what to get!
He makes a good balloon guy, doesn't he? He was happy to pose.
I have to say that I may have found a new favorite at SS, but I still have many things yet to try.
Great update! You took some really great pics. We have the opposite hair problem here. Avery wants cute hairstyles and I am at a loss. Have almost mastered the basic ponytail LOL
Brooklynn has so many cute bows. It's a shame she doesn't enjoy getting her hair fixed up, but she just acts like it really hurts. I remember being tender-headed when I was little, too, so maybe she will outgrow it. I always make a fuss over her when her hair is fixed up, and she smiles and thinks she's pretty. She likes the end result - just not what it takes to get there.
What a fun packed update. Y'all got so much done.
Brooklyn looked like she had a blast on BTMR. The Splash area playground brings back memories. It's been a while since we used that area for Danielle. I've never seen the candy corn but now I'll have to look for it. I do like using those bathrooms down there.
Bruce eats my kids every trip too. Can't pass through there without a picture.
I'm adding the cashew chicken on my list of things to try. I love the chicken but tried something new last time and didn't like it near as much, maybe because it was beef. SS is my favorite CS in Epcot.
Love your picture of the lights on the way out of Epcot. No wonder poor Bella was so tired it was a busy afternoon.
It was so fun to see all of those pictures again and remember that day. It was good to see Trent again.
Hi MeMom and Jill! I am woefully behind, but I am catching up! I just wanted to let you know I am ready to start catching up on your thread, and I shudder to think what page I was on when I left, and the page you are on now!!!! That is okay. I will have so much fun reading! and enjoying all the wonderful photos as always! I saw your 4th of July pics with WigD on her thread! Looks like great fun!
That's because you are so busy globe-trotting, huh?

I look forward to seeing all of your good pictures.
We had a fun night with our DIS buddies at BLT.
Well...I said I would get back on here and share my list, but I never did! It's been a busy (and fun, and exhausting) weekend - we have visitors...again! I love the idea for your next game too! I'm going to try to remember to do the alphabet one this time.
Henry WOULD love to have a beach party in the middle of NYC! He loves water and loves sand, so we can't go wrong. Last night we were in Central Park and he was digging deep into the sand at one of the playgrounds having the time of his life.
NOT ME! But overall, I did do pretty good! Helps that I take over 2,000 pictures a trip...I have a healthy "reference library".
Loved the update too!! We want to try Sunshine Seasons again - our first experience with the sandwiches was just kinda okay, but I hear rave reviews of the hot items.

And a big

for Brooklynn on Big Thunder!!!!
Have fun with your NYC beach party, and be sure to share pictures with us whenever you do it.
I am going to enjoy the challenge of trying to figure out your alphabet.
Hi MeMom and BrookLynn's Mommy!!!
Wow, it has been a while and let me just say that there are many changes afoot. I have not been on here very much and when I have been on it has been lurking about... usually looking for upcoming deals or such. To be honest, I did not read the entire thread but skipped through it. Looking at pictures and trying to read the main report.
First, let me just say how much the girls have grown and changed. Wow. they are both looking so much older. Brooklynn is definitely loosing her baby look. They are both so adorable.
Second, Trent moved!!! But at least it is to FL. Now you have a very good excuse for those saying, "You are going to Disney again?!" From the look of things, he is enjoying it there.
Third....Did I read that you are doing an Atlanta Dismeet? Could I be so bold as to invite myself? I know that is awfully rude and goes against everything my mama taught me

but I just can't help myself. Of course, I didn't catch the date or any details but if possible I would love to meet y'all.
We are hoping to head down to WDW for a couple of days in mid Oct. We volunteered and rec'd the GAD vouchers and they are burning a hole in my pocket. We will only do the MK for one day and then head over the beach for a couple of nights. (We only have a long weekend instead of a week) We are also hoping to go in Jan. Our school system drastically changed our calendar and we now only go 160 days. We are out during Christmas for 3 weeks...not returning until Jan. 11. So...we are hoping to take advantage of that and go the first week of Jan.
Sorry, didn't intend on writing a novel but I am so happy I found your TR. Looking forward to hearing from you!
TTFN
Darlene
You've been gone forever! You just come a little while and then disappear for a long time.

I guess that keeps Disney things from getting old, maybe?
We'll be in WDW October 15th - 19th.
You did read correctly. We are coming to the Atlanta area on the weekend of September 11th and 12th. That's about all that is set right now. We want to go to a mall with a
Disney Store, since we no longer have one. Some of us will have little ones, so we are looking for a kid-friendly place to eat. We're shooting for lunch on Saturday so that CP can get to a wedding that evening. We'll keep the information updated as plans solidify.
Anyone who wants to meet in/near Atlanta for lunch on Saturday, September 11th, please feel free to come. The last time we met, we had such a good time and there were many laughs!
