From Boardwalk To Epcot Guest Services?

Can someone tell me if there is a "guest services" at the back entrance to the park if you would take boat from Boardwalk over. I know there is a guest services at the front entrance to
Epcot but didn't know if one at back entrance. If Epcot doesn't work maybe going to MGM would be better. I need to upgrade my park hopper to a AP and I will be arriving at BWI. Thanks for replies!

I just redeemed my AP voucher for an actual AP at this Guest Services location, and it was zero hassle. There was no one at all in line.
