Hi-
Amy, I'm not really down by the scale exactly. When I started trying to lose weight I realized that my plan might need to be adjusted along the way. I have a feeling I'm at one of those points now so I'm experimenting to see what works. I think the extra workout time is helping for sure. I don't seem to be able to consistantly reduce my points. I should probably be getting 22 - 27 points/day which is about where I've been ending up. I have no idea how that translates into calories though.
I'm glad you said something because I was trying to go as low as 20/day and it wasn't working out.
Jane, I wish I could help you out with the decorating. I am so busy this year that I think my Thanksgiving decorating will consist of making sure the carpet is clean. We painted over the summer though. I must have had hundreds of paint samples here. Poor DH. I thought his head would explode if I asked him to compare any more samples ("which do you like better, canary or lemon parfait?") - he was at the point where he would just say yes to any question to get me to move on. We haven't had time to find curtains yet, but it's on the long list of things to do.
It's been a busy day. Everyday this week will probably be like this. One thing I'm looking forward to is Mommy's Night Out tomorrow at Unos. Boyyyy do I need this. I had a bad experience the last time I ate at Unos, but at least I'll know to avoid the salad and stick with the soup. Totally doable. Plus they have Mic Ultra for $.99.
My grandmother is here from Iowa. She's 92. I saw her just briefly today on the way to Mom's. She didn't look well, but as mom said it's probably better that Grandma's here where people are looking after her instead of by herself in her apartment.
I did 25 minutes of cardio today. The diet was ok, not great. Grandma brought some homemade cookies with her, and of course I ate one. I think they were her version of pecan sandies. By the taste of them I could tell she had used a bit of butter. So good.
Here's the food list for today -
Go Lean - 1
HR Tomato Soup - 3 (for a cup)
melted rf swiss on swb - 2
1/2 pear - .5
1 oreo - 1 (didnt know about grandmas cookies when I ate this)
baked lays - 2
FF yogurt - 2
Chicken Marsala - 3
Barella plus rotini - 3
WW eclair - 3 (still didn't know about the cookies)
Grandma's cookie - ??? at least 3 I'm guessing.
lost track of the water, though I think I'm close to 64oz if not over
