Fries at Sci-Fi

My wife and I love the burgers and fries from Sci-Fi, but we were a bit dissapointed this past summer (2005) with the fries. Before then, I recall the fries being those thicker rippled/wavy type fries. This past summer they looked more like shoestring fries. Have any of you been there recently? If so, did they go back to the old fries?
