Friends and Family List Missing

Hi, I am in charge of planning a multi family trip. I am trying to book our lightening lane passes and I can’t find all our family. My sister has her and her family under her account. I added her and can make selections for her but she has 4 other people under her account that I can’t see or make selections for. They don’t have their own Disney accounts land have always been under her account. Any suggestions?

You need to connect her family members to your F&F list, too. In your MDE account, under F&F, click on Add a Guest, then Find Through My Connected Guests. That will let you send invitations to your sister for her family members, and when she accepts them they’ll appear in your F&F list.

So I went in and clicked on all of them but she didn’t get an email to allow me to see them. Would it normally be through email or the app?

I’m sorry, I don’t understand. You clicked on all of what or who? The instructions I gave were using the MDE app.

It is possible that Everyone on your Sister's MDE F&F list are not all managed directly by her but linked to her F&F list. I actually find it easier to use the Web version of MDE to manage the F&F list and Account settings.

You can manage your F&F list using this link: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/profile/family-friends You may need to Sign In to your MDE account using your MDE ID and password. The Sign in link is on the top right of the Blue bar on every Disney web page.
