Narcoossee's has buttermilk fried shrimp as a app.
(You know, the way God intended seafood to be eaten?)
I don't know what God you pray too, but I don't think we are of the same religion.
I I'm sure they would substitue the scallops for shrimp if you asked if you wanted only shrimp. I loved both though.![]()
We also had the best shrimp po boy from House of Blues
All I know is that I can go to Galveston or Corpus Christi and get a mess of huge fried shrimp for $15. I have to get my head right with Disney prices.
Nazran, Golf4food ... I think I could feed either one of you with no problem.![]()
Living in the semi-coastal South and with a lot of Louisiana influence, and in a state where catfish is its own food group, I can tell you that in the hands of a good cook, you could fry a cinderblock and it would be yummy. Properly fried food is not greasy in the least, but not many folks can pull it off. You ever tried a fried whole turkey?
I see tempura battered food in several WDW spots, and that's kinda/sorta fried. But in full disclosure mode here - grilled, fried, baked, broiled, shrimp is pretty wonderful to me.
