I know at my near by Japanese restaurant I ca order the fired rice instead of the white rice for an extra charge. I didn't see this option at WDWIG's menus. Does anyone know? Just curios.

Thanks!

Don't remember seeing it last month. They had fried noodles that were good. We had an awesome meal there, great chef and great food but very expensive!

Fried rice is Chinese cuisine, not Japanese. That is why they don't have it on the menu at any of the Restaurants in Japan. You can find lots of fried rice at the Nine Dragons Restaurant in the China Pavillion. :)

being asked if I wanted white rice or fried rice. I think there may have been an extra charge. I always prefer the white rice. So it's been awhile, but I am pretty sure my kids usually got the fried rice...

The Japanese restaurant near me calls it Hibachi rice, which is basically fried rice, so maybe it is under a different name?
