Fried Pickle "Emergency"

We always enjoy a meal at Carnation Cafe while visiting and I was surprised that I was unable to find any reservations/availability for next week on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday but plenty of availability all days leading up to and right after it. I suspect it is closed for some mini refurb those days but Disney Dining was unable to confirm or deny it and I couldn't find it on any list of closures/refurbs. Either way, it seems we might be out of luck so I am wondering if any other spot throughout the resort serves similar fried pickles?

Hi Dani - I've never seen the fried pickles anywhere else in the parks. I think it is one of CC's special signature dishes. Odd that they are closed though as summer crowds are swelling. Stop by in person while you are on MS and maybe you will get lucky to find them open.
