I'm mentally preparing myself for traveling with my VERY picky DD9. If she doesn't see something she likes she will go all day without eating which eventually makes her grumpy and me feel guilty. Anyway...I believe there is a stand in each of the parks that serves fresh fruit. At least she can't tell me that the bananas (or strawberries, or whatever) taste different than the ones she is used to at home. Can someone point out for me where each of these locations is? Thanks!

I know most of the buffets offer a selection of fresh fruit. In MK you can get some at the stand next to the face painting booh in Toontown & in Liberty Square. At DHS I know they sell it on the street leading up to the RRC & TOT. In Animal Kingdom we have bought it from stands in Africa. All of the food courts at the resorts have fruit available as well. I'm sure there are a ton of other places but these are the ones that I can remember off the top of my head.

Our family also likes lots of fresh fruit, which can be achallenge at WDW...

The stand in MK is in Liberty Square. In HS, it's the food court near ToT. In AK, it's in Africa near teh safari ride. In Epcot, I can't think of a a specific one, but they sell strawberries and grapes in the food court in the Land. In resorts, look for bananas in FC's. The coolers will have bowls of red grapes. The bananas may sell out fairly early. (At least I recall they did at Pop).

the food court in WL has fruit/ganola/yogurt cups. They may not be willing to make an 'all fruit' cup, they have blueberrries and raspberries last year. One of the best food courts for fruit is CSR's Pepper Market. They have a fresh fruit/salad station - so you can get a number of fruit items there.

Another tip may be to aks around for Uncrustables. I know the Main St Bakery in MK carries them, and if you call WDW ahead of your trip several otherQS may have them (or may carry them special for you upon request). They come prepackaged. A good number of places carry prepackaged yogurt. I forget the brand, but most places on property carrythe same brand in lowfat, no sugar, strawberry flavor. It maybe Dannon. If your daughter will eat yogurt, then she may be in luck there. Perhaps you could get her used to it before you go.

Currnetly, not tehbest food, but there are locations in MK and Epcot that still sell McD's french fries. In MK it's by Pooh/Snow White. In Epcot, it's just as you enter the WS - onthe Canada side.

Again, not the best food, but a number of places sell M&M's in bulk.

Also, don't eb afriad o aks your server for help. EVen if somethign isn't on the menu in a certain way, they MAY be able to help you slightly - like by making plain noodles instead of sauce covered ones.

Most CS offer fruit and yogurt. This should not be a problem. Plus, WDW is EXTREMELY kid friendly (duh lol) and will make something to suit her tastes and needs. Just ask.

DD7 loves to eat fresh fruit everyday. Here are some of the places I can think of off the top of my head:

MK: Main Street Bakery and the place in Liberty Square, (heading away from the Haunted Mansion going towards Frontierland)..I believe they also sell baked potatoes. You can also get a big chunk of pineapple on a stick in Adventureland where they sell the Dole Whips.

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons. (i am sure there are others, but this is the place DD gets her daily *fruit-fix*)

AK: We always stop at the stand right outside the safari ride...lots of yummy fresh fruit choices there. DD's favorite is the apple slices with caramel dip and the grapes.

DHS: I can't think of any at the moment...

All of the resort CS places have fresh fruit as well.
