Frequent visitors - do you get perks?

I see that some of you on this board go to Disney almost monthly, 5 times a year, etc. I was just wondering if you've ever gotten any "special treatment" or such as I know they keep tabs on you and how many visits you've had.

Just curiosity here as I will most likely never catch up to that amount of visits!

We've been about 17 times in the last seven years. We haven't gotten any postcard PINs; we do buy PAPs every so often based on our trips. We're DVC members so that takes care of our lodging. When I call to make reservations they ask us if some of the other people we have taken in the past will be joining us on this trip. Sometimes we add new family members. We have gotten a few calls at home wishing us Happy Birthday.

So, no special treatment for this family.

Thanks for the info. I'm not satisfied. You'd think they'd give you something since you go so often and we know they keep track. When I booked for last Jan they asked if my sister was coming that time (she usually does but not that time). So, they just like to keep track? With all the $$ you spend you'd think they'd give you like first chance PS or something. Not necessarily a monetary perk but something along those lines.

I have been a passholder since 1997. I have been a Disney Dining & Entertainment Card holder since 2000 (was MK Club member when it was free & when you had to pay), do hold a Disney Visa Card, as well as the Disney Credit Card... I go on an average of every 6 weeks (some trips closer together, some further apart). For the most part, I stay onsite. I have only been upgraded for free once. It was from Gnd View Concierge at the Poly to Lagoon View. I get asked the same questions about who will be traveling with me. As another poster commented, they ask about guests that came with me from other trips. I have never gotten a thank you call, I have gotten a post card once & an email code once, and they were during the 6 month span that I didn't go....gee they missed my money that was the longest I had gone with not going & it was because I was giving Universal a shot as opposed to all Disney. I did indeed go back to Disney...can't help it... I really like the atmosphere in the parks there. Just wish, as others, that they would give me some kind of thank you... as well as wish they would stop asking me for all my info when they have it in the system...after I give it, they say, 'I see you were just here" no duh!!! Why did you make me give you the names of my children as well as the ages, when it is in the system!!! My last trip was Feb 18th, my next one is March 30th for 4 days, the one after that will be April 30th for 2 days & the one after that will be May 30 for 2 weeks. Then I will not return until Labor Day.... that is if we don't have any hurricanes during that weekend... then in Oct, then in Dec... so ....yeah... I deserve a "welcome back" at least... It is pretty bad when you get to know some of the staff at the resturants from going so often..... Universal use to give some of their renewing passholders a coupon for 50% off their onsite resorts.... Disney should do something like that

Yes MickeyFan, I too think you deserve something. At least when you reserve they should say "OK, all info the same?" and "Thanks for spending all that money here!"

I wish we could afford to go that often, it must be nice to take all those shorter trips between the longer ones.

Anyway, I hope eventually they realize how loyal you are and reward you in some small way!
