1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter or margerine melted
beat all with rotary beater..lightly grease the pan.I use a flat non stick pan and I put in a scant 1/4 cup of the batter and swoosh it around to make it thinner....then leave for a few and flip it when the bubbles look like they are ready...sometimes the first one is a goner...but the rest are sooooo delicious....the kids love it with strawberries ..but I roll it up and do it with Maine maple syrup.....
This is a recipe I use at least once a month when I want some comfort food......hope this helps
