We do not use them up before expiration. The one time I tried to freeze them I seem to remember they were a frozen mass and hard to separate. I thought maybe if I folded them first? Any tips appreciated.

I have no experience we use ours pretty easily between tacos, wraps and quesadillas. But my thought would be to place parchment paper between each one. That or start planning your menu around what you have on hand. If you get the freshest ones they are usually a good month or more from the expiration where I shop.

I do it all the time. I put a sheet of wax paper between each one and pop them in a freezer bag. I just pull out what we need for dinner when I am getting ready to start cooking. They thaw on the counter while I cook and then a quick flip in a hot pan to warm them up and dinner is served. My kids nuke them.

Thanks. We do this with hamburger patties. I wasn't sure with the size of the tortillas it would work. ;)
