Freezing rain and heavy wet snow--but I went to the two important places!

Three actually -- Two TDS and Krispy Kreme!
So much for the mystery pin rumor.
But it was interesting at the first store one of the CM's started saying something along the lines of "Did you hear..."
The other CM shushed her. But I beat her to it and said, "Yeah -- I know. TDS is coming out with another pin series in two weeks."
They said they haven't heard it "officially" yet.
Then I ran to the other store. (freezing rain by now) The CM first mentioned it and was talking very open about the new series. Although she didn't know much about it.
And no mystery pin at either store.
Left there. Freezing rain and snow.
Hit Krispie Kreme, dropped of an LBE at USPS, and headed home! It is NASTY out! Our first snow this season and it is slick and icy.

We've listened to endless tales of woe from WDW and DLR locals about standing in line in relentless sunshine to pick up pins. Oh, gee.

I think it's time for a face-off.

I'll back one of our "Northern" pinpals to withstand the perils of the FL or CA sun against any park-local who can handle a three-DS dash on icey roads with driving snow.

I just had a thought. It seems pin collectors are somewhat like postal carriers.

Neither rain, sleet, snow or heat will keep us pin collectors down.
