I didn't call YOU a jerk...specifically.

Why should iy be it wasn't in Christ's time on earth?
I think the Epcot may be a clue.
Christians celebrate the Sabbath on Sunday because that's the day our Lord rose from the grave.
OK, so then what you are saying it that i am not a jerk..correct? Just to clarify.

What I always find interesting is how the old testament is nearly ignored by a lot of Christians until the issue of homosexuality comes up.

Well, it used to be Saturday, but that interfered with god's weekly bowling league so he whispered in Paul's ear and got it changed to Sunday instead.
One of the perks of being the almighty.![]()
Actually He didn't Rise from the Dead on a Sunday. It was a Saturday. And He wasn't crucified on a Friday, but that's a different thread for a different day.![]()
I'm not 100% sure you are taking this seriously.
Oh, no. Let's not start down that path. The next thing will be that the shepherds are in one Gospel and the Kings are in another Gospel and everyone will be all upset over the Nativity set!!

Other words that have had their meanings changed and the groups I blame it on:
Christians. One who lived a life full of love and free from sin.

I'm just pointing out that some of the things that some Christians see as absolutes, are not. The day and date of Easter was set by man, not by the Word of God.

Right, and they were set in such a way to make it easier for the Pagans to accept the new religion that was being forced down their throats by the government.
Remember, there were just as many red-nosed reindeer at the manger as there were wise men. I miss living in New Jersey and some of the fun Christmas displays people had.Oh, no.
