Beth I am taking it serious and honestly are you feeling the backlash?? I mean you are the moderator so I dont know..do you get the heat?

Well, yes, as a representative of the DIS on this board, I DID feel the heat for a little while this afternoon.

But in the hours that have followed, and having received nothing from any of the WMs about any communication that they might have received from this company, I do believe that the company did use scare tactics to get people to stop posting the link to the freebie.

I don't think that the link should be posted here since it is against their website rules to link to their site, but neither do I think that anyone here had

knowledge of these policies, a willful intent to proceed with prohibited actions, and a concerted attempt to circumvent our corrective actions. Mirachem considers these actions to demonstrate the intent to commit, and the act of committing, fraud.

It was a stressful couple of hours for me. And truthfully, I just wanted to make sure that the DIS was not in the wrong in any way.

So that is why I did what I did and said what I said. Maybe a bit over the top at the time, but please understand the position that I was in and how I felt at the time.

Understandable! We live on what we consider "a small farm" in northwest Montana. We have trucks, a tractor, tractor attachments, etc. I did not order one of their samples because if I were going to purchase something like that, I would look to get it locally and check out the ranch stores, here. However, that being said, when they take such a nasty attitude about the whole thing......I wouldn't use their product now even if I did find it locally! For Pete's sake! If they don't want to send out a 55 gallon drum "sample", then don't! 'Nuf said.....
