She said that my order was invoiced and the only reason she could cancel the bra was because it was on backorder. They paid for the return shipping so I guess I shouldn't complain more. Very bizarre though. I thought they would just cancel the entire order once they figured out their mistakae and notify us via email. Live and learn I guess.
I understand they are paying for returning shipping but what about the $5.95 you were charged in the 1st place? I will definitely fight to get that back if they charge me.
